5. 樣板製作需要多久？｜How long does sampling take?

Accepted Answer

樣板製作時間一般視乎款式、紙材、印刷工藝及確認進度而定。一般建議預留約 7 至 14 個工作天，較複雜的工藝或特別物料可能需要較長時間。

Sampling time depends on the selected design, paper, printing finishes and approval progress. We generally recommend allowing approximately 7 to 14 working days. More complex finishes or special materials may require additional time.

6. 正式生產需要多久？｜How long does production take?

正式生產時間會因應數量、工藝、包裝要求及旺季生產安排而有所不同。實際交期將於設計、規格及訂單確認後提供。

Production lead time varies depending on the quantity, printing finishes, packaging requirements and seasonal production schedule. A confirmed delivery timeline will be provided after the design, specifications and order details have been approved.

我們接受銀行轉賬、支票及指定電子付款方式。企業客戶亦可查詢採購卡付款安排。實際付款條款及付款日期將列於正式報價單或發票內。

We accept bank transfer, cheque and selected electronic payment methods. Corporate purchasing card arrangements may also be available upon request. The applicable payment terms and payment schedule will be stated in the official quotation or invoice.

9. 利是封如何包裝？｜How are the red packets packaged?

一般包裝為每 10 個利是封一包。客戶亦可按需要查詢獨立包裝、紙套、禮盒、貼紙、封套或其他客製包裝安排。

Standard packaging is generally 10 red packets per pack. Individual packaging, paper sleeves, gift boxes, stickers, presentation covers and other customised packaging options are also available upon request.

10. 可以安排送貨嗎？｜Can delivery be arranged?

可以。我們可安排香港本地送貨，亦可按項目需要提供多地點派送或特別運輸安排。送貨費用及安排視乎數量、包裝、地點及交貨要求而定。

Yes. Local delivery within Hong Kong can be arranged. Multiple delivery locations and special transportation arrangements may also be available depending on the project. Delivery charges and arrangements are subject to the quantity, packaging, locations and delivery requirements.

11. 樣板與正式成品會有色差嗎？｜Will there be colour differences between the artwork, sample and final product?

Accepted Answer

由於螢幕顯示、不同紙材、印刷方式及燙印工藝會影響顏色表現，電子稿、實體樣板與正式成品之間可能出現輕微色差。燙金、擊凸、局部 UV 及其他特殊工藝亦可能因物料及生產批次而有自然差異。

Slight colour variations may occur between digital artwork, physical samples and final production due to screen settings, paper materials, printing methods and foil stamping processes. Special finishes such as foil stamping, embossing and spot UV may also show natural variations between materials and production batches.

12. 需要提供甚麼檔案格式？｜What file formats should we provide?

Accepted Answer

企業標誌及設計檔案建議提供 AI、EPS 或可編輯 PDF 向量格式，並將字體轉為外框。圖片建議提供 300 dpi 或以上的高解像度 JPG、PNG、PSD 或 TIFF 檔案。如只有一般圖片檔，我們可先協助檢查是否適合製作。

Corporate logos and artwork should preferably be supplied in AI, EPS or editable vector PDF format, with all fonts converted to outlines. Images should be provided at 300 dpi or above in high-resolution JPG, PNG, PSD or TIFF format. If only standard image files are available, we can review them first to determine whether they are suitable for production.
